Job summary

Pixel Chain is seeking an experienced Corporate Housing Specialist to run staff accommodation in the UAE with hotel-like SOPs and a service-driven team. The role covers end-to-end operations, vendor coordination, and resident lifecycle management in a fully onsite setting.

You will lead a hospitality-driven operations team, manage budgets, ensure safety compliance, and travel for site visits as required. A real estate background and driving license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel or hospitality operations or similar function.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Solid knowledge of front office, housekeeping, maintenance and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Bring hotel discipline to running a full accommodation building.
• Set up property for opening and coordinate vendors and third parties.
• Own the resident journey from allocation to checkout.
• Develop SOPs, house rules, checklists, and service standards.
• Manage housekeeping, laundry, maintenance schedules; inspect spaces.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and follow up on repairs.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and emergencies with service mindset.
• Work with HR on arrivals/departures and room allocation.
• Track utilities, operating expenses and budgets; ensure safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise accommodation operations staff.
