Job summary

Pixel Chain in the UAE is seeking a Corporate Housing Specialist to build and run staff accommodation from the ground up. This fully onsite role requires frequent site visits, vendor coordination, and hands-on operations to keep residents comfortable and productive.

You'll manage room allocations, check-in/out, SOPs, budgets, and compliance with health and safety standards while leading a small operations team. A background in hotel or housing management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Property Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and team-management experience in housing or hotel ops.
• Solid understanding of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up staff accommodation building for opening, coordinating vendors and third parties.
• Oversee resident journey: room allocation, check-in/out, transfers.
• Develop SOPs, house rules, checklists, reporting systems, and service standards.
• Maintain records of residents, occupancy, keys, assets.
• Run housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance schedules; inspect areas.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and follow-up on repairs.
• Manage external providers across cleaning, security, pest control, waste, maintenance.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, emergencies, and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Collaborate with HR on arrivals, departures, and room-related concerns.
• Track utilities, supplies, operating expenses, and budgets.
• Ensure health, safety, fire, hygiene compliance; implement emergency procedures.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise accommodation operations team.
• Report on occupancy, incidents, maintenance, feedback, and expenses; drive improvements.
• Travel frequently as required by the role.
