Job summary

PixelChain seeks an Hospitality Operations Specialist to run staff accommodation like a hotel, onsite in the UAE. You will own end-to-end property operations, set up new properties, and manage guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance with tight SOPs and cost controls.

The role requires leadership, budget oversight, and strong English communication, with frequent travel as part of vendor and property oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel or hospitality operations (front office, housekeeping, guest services or similar).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Run full accommodation operations end-to-end with SOPs and service standards.
• Set up property for opening; coordinate vendors and third parties.
• Own resident journey from check-in to check-out with hotel-like guest lifecycle thinking.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, house rules, checklists, and service standards.
• Manage housekeeping, maintenance, and inspections; coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Oversee vendor management for cleaning, security, pest control, and waste.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints and emergencies with service mindset.
• Collaborate with HR on arrivals, departures, and room allocation.
• Track utilities, supplies, and operating expenses; manage budgets.
• Ensure health, safety, fire, hygiene compliance; lead accommodation team.
