PixelChain in the UAE is seeking a Corporate Housing Specialist to run a single fully-owned staff accommodation building end-to-end, from setup to daily operations. You will be on-site, coordinating vendors, managing resident journeys, and ensuring safety and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong real estate background, excellent English, and willingness to travel within the UAE; a valid driving license is essential for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in real estate, leasing, or property management.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of one staff accommodation building.
• Coordinate vendors, inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee resident journey: allocation, check-in, transfers, check-out.
• Monitor utilities and budgets; report on occupancy and costs.
• Develop SOPs and service standards for the property.
