Job summary

PixelChain is seeking a Corporate Housing Specialist to build and lead staff accommodation operations on site in the UAE. You will set up the building, coordinate vendors, manage residents’ journeys from check-in to check-out, and drive service standards with a hands-on, travel-ready approach.

You will supervise the accommodation team, maintain SOPs, and ensure health and safety compliance while coordinating HR-related housing matters and budgeting. This role is fully onsite in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hotel operations, serviced apartments, or staff housing.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality/Property Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility operations.
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up staff accommodation building for opening and coordinate vendors.
• Manage resident journey: room allocation, check-in/out, transfers.
• Maintain SOPs, house rules, checklists, and service standards.
• Track residents, occupancy, keys, assets; schedule housekeeping and maintenance.

Job description

Our client is a company operating at the intersection of crypto and AI, building innovative products in one of the fastest-moving spaces in tech today.

As the team grows, they're looking for a Corporate Housing Specialist to run staff accommodation from the ground up — setting up the building, keeping daily operations smooth, and making sure every resident feels well looked after. This is a fully onsite role in the UAE.

A hands-on role with plenty of movement: you'll be on the road often for site visits, vendor meetings, and property matters, so a driving license is a real advantage. If you come from a real estate background, you'll feel right at home.

Responsibilities

• Set up the staff accommodation building for opening, coordinating vendors and third parties on everything the property needs to operate.
• Look after the full resident journey — room allocation, check-in, room transfers, and check-out.
• Build and maintain SOPs, house rules, checklists, reporting systems, and service standards.
• Keep accurate records of residents, room occupancy, keys, furniture, and assets.
• Run housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance schedules, and inspect rooms, common areas, and building equipment regularly.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and follow up on repair requests until they're resolved.
• Manage external providers and contractors across cleaning, security, pest control, waste management, and maintenance.
• Handle resident inquiries, complaints, emergencies, and disciplinary matters with professionalism.
• Work with HR on employee arrivals, departures, room allocation, and accommodation-related concerns.
• Track utilities, supplies, operating expenses, and departmental budgets.
• Keep the property compliant with health, safety, fire prevention, hygiene, and local regulations, and put emergency procedures in place.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise the accommodation operations team.
• Report regularly on occupancy, incidents, maintenance, resident feedback, and expenses, and keep improving service quality, resident satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
• Travel frequently for business as the role requires.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hotel operations, serviced apartments, staff accommodation, residential buildings, or a similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility operations.
• Good knowledge of health and safety, fire safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills.
• Comfortable with reporting, budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), plus accommodation, hotel, or property management systems.
• Excellent communicator who works well with employees, management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple operational priorities.
• Hands-on and flexible, ready to respond to operational issues outside regular working hours and to travel often.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• A valid driving license — with the amount of travel involved, this is a big plus.
• A real estate agent background — a particularly strong fit for this role.
• Experience setting up a new property or accommodation facility.
• Prior experience as an Accommodation Manager, Residence Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, or Housekeeping Manager.
