Job summary

Oriental Yuhong UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the UAE market. You will develop sales opportunities, expand customer and distributor networks, manage key accounts, and promote waterproofing, construction materials, and related solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction materials or related industries.
• Proven sales experience in the UAE market is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with developers, main contractors, consultants, distributors, and construction project stakeholders.
• Existing customer and market networks in the UAE construction industry will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets in the UAE.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, real estate, and industrial projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, distributors, applicators, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage key accounts and strategic customers.
• Prepare sales forecasts, sales plans, and regular business reports.
• Develop and expand the UAE customer and distributor network.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Identify potential projects and participate in the project sales process from opportunity identification to order conversion.
• Establish long-term partnerships with key customers and channel partners.
• Support the development of new products and market solutions based on local customer needs.
• Follow up on major construction and infrastructure projects and identify potential business opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical, marketing, and project teams to provide appropriate product and solution proposals.
• Support product presentations, technical seminars, customer meetings, and project demonstrations.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up and conversion of opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and payment conditions within company policies.
• Monitor sales performance, receivables, and customer payment status.
• Provide regular reports and market insights to management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
