TestHiring in the UAE seeks an experienced Salesman to drive growth in building materials and construction products. You will expand the client base, visit sites, and build strong relationships with contractors and traders across the construction industry.

The role requires self-motivation, strong UAE market understanding, and a passion for delivering excellent service while meeting targets and supporting expansion in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building materials or construction material sales.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage outdoor sales activities effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction market is highly advantageous.
• Preferred product knowledge: cement and steel products, plumbing and electrical materials, plywood, gypsum boards, paints, hardware and construction tools or industrial materials.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell building materials and construction-related products to new and existing customers.
• Conduct client visits to construction sites, contractors, construction companies and hardware shops to generate business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with contractors, traders and project clients.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure on-time material supply and order fulfillment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives.
• Stay informed about market trends, evolving customer needs and competitor activities.
