The ideal candidate will have a strong recruitment background, especially in engineering and site positions, with experience in creating effective sourcing strategies.

The role demands a minimum of 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields. Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, enhancing communication in this multicultural environment.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the construction industry and a proven ability to attract and hire top talent across technical and non‑technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, especially for construction roles, engineering, site, and technical positions.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and headhunting techniques to identify and engage top talent.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Prepare job descriptions and job postings aligned with business requirements.
• Assist in onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate integration.

Qualifications
