Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to join the HR team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles across multiple departments and project sites in the UAE.

The role requires hands-on experience in construction recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies efficiently. Immediate joiners preferred and candidates with UAE experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for construction or contracting companies in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for white- and blue-collar roles.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for technical and non-technical roles including site office and support positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks and headhunting.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews, schedule assessments and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and joining formalities.
