Job summary

Vista Global Corporate Group in Dubai is seeking a proactive Business Setup Consultant to help clients launch and grow their UAE businesses. You will guide Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore formations and manage licensing, permits, and regulatory approvals.

You will lead client consultations, draft contracts, maintain CRM-driven pipelines, and mentor a team of consultants and admins, while staying current on UAE laws and government procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA/certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai business setup (Mainland, Free zone & Offshore).
• Strong knowledge of UAE company laws, licensing procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in CRM software and client relationship strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with top-notch organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end company formation, including licensing, permits, and regulatory approvals.
• Advise clients on the optimal business setup—Mainland, Freezone, or Offshore.
• Lead client consultations to understand goals and provide customized business setup solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure clarity and confidence at every stage.
• Stay current on UAE business laws and government procedures.
• Draft and review business-related contracts and legal documents with precision.
• Use CRM tools to manage client pipelines, track status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Identify growth opportunities and market trends to expand our service offering.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, government entities, and industry partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and admin professionals.
