Job summary

Conquer Planetario Real Estate LLC in Dubai is seeking a motivated Business Setup Consultant to advise clients on establishing and managing businesses in the UAE, including mainland, free zones, and offshore structures.

You will generate leads, prepare proposals, coordinate with authorities, and help clients navigate licensing, visas, banking, and regulatory requirements while aiming to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous UAE business setup, sales, consultancy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone formation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• UAE market experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable structures.
• Advise on mainland and free zone setup options in the UAE.
• Explain licensing, visa, banking, office, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business setup packages.
• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, social media, and other channels.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into transactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, banks, and internal departments.
• Ensure all client documentation is complete and submitted accurately.
• Keep up to date with UAE regulations, licensing procedures, and market developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
