Job summary

Sterling Venture LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Business Setup Consultant to guide entrepreneurs through Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formations, licensing, visa services, and ongoing corporate support in the UAE.

You will handle end-to-end consultancy, from initial needs assessment to approvals, ensuring compliant setups and successful client onboarding across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or corporate sales.
• Strong understanding of UAE Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore structures.
• Knowledge of UAE visa procedures and corporate banking processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Target-driven mindset with strong sales ability.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable setup solutions in the UAE
• Explain differences between Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore structures and advise on best option based on activity and budget
• Guide clients through trade license applications approvals and company registration procedures
• Prepare and submit documentation to relevant authorities and follow up on approvals
• Assist clients with visa processing including investor visas employment visas and family visas
• Coordinate corporate bank account opening and ensure smooth onboarding with banking partners
• Provide clear guidance on legal requirements compliance and government regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the entire setup journey
• Generate leads through networking referrals and follow-up on company inquiries
• Deliver post-setup services such as renewals amendments and compliance support
