NOVAZONE BUSINESS SETUP is seeking an energetic sales consultant to guide clients through UAE company formation options. You will assess client needs, recommend optimal jurisdictions and licenses, and manage end-to-end setup processes across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore segments.

Role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, English fluency, and the ability to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced candidates should have 1–2+ years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Company Formation, or a related sales role.
• Strong understanding of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore licensing (preferred for experienced candidates).
• Knowledge of UAE visa procedures, PRO services, and business regulations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Consult with clients regarding business setup options in the UAE.
• Recommend suitable activities, jurisdictions, and license types based on client requirements.
• Handle end-to-end company formation processes for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore businesses.
• Explain costs, legal requirements, and timelines clearly to clients.
• Generate new business through calls, referrals, social media, and networking.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with PROs, government authorities, and Free Zone authorities for timely processing.
• Assist clients with investor visas, Emirates ID, bank account opening, VAT registration, and other services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Stay updated on UAE government regulations, licensing policies, and compliance requirements.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
