Job summary

CPME Consulting in Dubai is seeking an experienced Business Setup Consultant to drive sales and support clients with company formation and corporate services in the UAE. You will convert leads, advise on Mainland/Free Zone/Offshore options, and close deals.

The role requires 2+ years UAE formation sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and excellent English communication. Immediate joiners preferred with a prime DWTC location in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2+ years UAE company formation sales experience is mandatory.
• Strong consultative selling and deal-closing skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation processes.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Consultant to drive sales and support clients with company formation and corporate services in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads into successful company formation deals.
• Advise clients on UAE Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation options.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold outreach and partner channels.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional services, including office spaces, visas, PRO services, bank account assistance, accounting, VAT and HR services.
• Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, website, digital advertisements and walk-in clients.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and respond within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE company formation sales experience (mandatory).
• Hands-on knowledge of UAE Mainland and multiple Free Zone company formation processes.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Experience in lead generation, business development and client relationship management.
• Ability to cross-sell corporate and business support services.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
