Job summary

INFIBIZ in the UAE seeks a Female Business Setup Consultant with industry experience and strong communication skills to help entrepreneurs form companies. You will build qualified lead databases, prepare proposals, and guide clients through Mainland vs Free Zone options, licensing, and regulatory steps.

Role requires 1–2 years of UAE business setup experience, proven sales ability, and the confidence to engage with government authorities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of UAE business setup experience.
• Experience with DED and Free Zone authorities.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven sales record with closing skills.
• Experience in UAE business setup consultancies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a database of qualified leads for new company formations and business setup.
• Prepare customized proposals and quotations; negotiate and convert leads to sales.
• Guide clients on business structures, licensing options (Mainland vs Free Zone), and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with Free Zone and government authorities to streamline procedures.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries with professional service.
• Analyze client needs, formulate solutions, and deliver concise business reports.
• Assist clients with license applications and documentation, explaining steps clearly.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of UAE company formation and regulatory processes.
• Represent INFIBIZ at networking events and client meetings.
• Contribute to marketing efforts through content, campaigns, and promotions.
• Maintain relationships with Free Zone partners and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements to management.
• Support team development by sharing best practices and training colleagues.
• Prepare and submit regular reports as requested by management.
