Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced sales consultant to advise on UAE business setup options, including mainland, free zones, and offshore. You will convert leads through consultative selling, prepare tailored proposals, and coordinate with authorities and service providers to finalize registrations.

The role requires 2–4 years of UAE market experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services, real estate, banking, or related consultative sales role.
• Strong understanding of UAE mainland and free zone business setup processes.
• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to understand their business activities, objectives, ownership structure, and investment requirements.
• Advise clients on mainland, free zone, and offshore business setup options where applicable.
• Explain company formation procedures, trade licenses, visas, corporate structures, and other relevant requirements.
• Prepare and present customized business setup proposals and quotations.
• Convert leads into clients through effective consultation, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, free zones, banks, PRO teams, and other service providers to facilitate company formation.
• Collect and verify required client documentation and ensure applications are complete and accurate.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the setup process and provide timely updates.
• Identify opportunities for additional services such as visa processing, corporate banking assistance, accounting, tax, PRO, insurance, and other business support services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client communications, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing requirements, free zone developments, visa regulations, and relevant government procedures.
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals and repeat business.
• Handle client concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
