Job summary

Tailwind EMEA, part of ThinkDigital Group, seeks a Commercial Manager to drive new business in the UAE. You will build relationships with agencies and large brands while steering the launch of Marshall in a high-growth market.

This role blends technology know-how with media sales in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborate with regional teams, and help shape Tailwind's footprint across UAE and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B sales or account management.
• Experience in ad tech or SaaS is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and open new UAE opportunities, with a focus on agencies.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline from first outreach to signed contracts.
• Lead go-to-market for our media curation product in the UAE, Marshall.
• Develop senior-level relationships with clients and agencies as a trusted advisor.
• Represent Tailwind at industry events and regional forums, building market presence.
• Stay ahead of UAE digital advertising trends to shape client narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting for regional leadership.
