Job summary

Tailwind EMEA, a ThinkDigital Group (TDG) company, is seeking a Commercial Manager in Dubai to lead new business development in the UAE. You will grow Tailwind's ad tech footprint and spearhead Marshall’s UAE launch, building relationships with tourism boards, airlines and major brands.

You will report to the Regional Head, collaborate with UAE & Europe teams, and drive a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales culture in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably ad tech or SaaS.
• Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders from managers to VP level.
• Familiarity with digital advertising ecosystem encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Identify and open new UAE business opportunities, focusing on agencies.
• Build and manage a full sales pipeline from outreach to contract.
• Lead GTM for Marshall product in UAE and convert early adopters.
• Develop senior-level client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals with large organisations.
• Represent Tailwind at industry events and client roundtables.
• Develop product fluency and advise beyond pitching.
• Monitor UAE market trends and translate into client narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and CS for onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM and report progress to Regional Head.
