Job summary

Tailwind EMEA, part of TDG, seeks a Commercial Manager to lead UAE new business and launch Marshall in the market. You will build relationships with agencies and major brands, driving cross-sell of our ad-tech portfolio and spearheading our owned product introduction.

You will report to the Regional Head and collaborate with UAE and Europe teams, shaping go-to-market, and owning the full sales cycle, from outreach to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B sales, business development or account management in ad tech/digital media/SaaS.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
• Confident selling to multiple stakeholders from managers to VP level.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills; long sales cycles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to help write a product-launch playbook.
• Collaborative, positive, and travel-ready.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and open new UAE opportunities, focusing on agencies.
• Build and manage pipeline from outreach to signed contract; own the sales cycle.
• Lead go-to-market for the media curation product in UAE; shape positioning.
• Develop senior-level client relationships; act as trusted advisor.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across large organisations including tourism boards and airlines.
• Represent Tailwind at events and client roundtables to grow brand in-market.
• Develop fluency across Tailwind stack and Marshall product for consulting, not just pitching.
• Stay ahead of UAE digital advertising trends and communicate credible narratives.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and CS to ensure smooth onboarding.
