Field Marketing Lead — UAE Growth & Events

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced events and regional marketing professional to lead and execute B2B events across the UAE and wider region. The role partners with Sales and Growth Marketing to support enterprise accounts, while delivering local ABM activities and managing budgets and vendors.

You will adapt global programmes to the local market, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and travel regionally as needed to drive brand growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing or a similar role
• Experience in B2B SaaS, technology or a high-growth start-up or scale-up is strongly preferred
• Strong experience independently delivering B2B and executive events
• Experience supporting sales teams and strategic enterprise accounts
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and C-suite customers or prospects
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Experience managing local venues, agencies, suppliers and event budgets
• Good knowledge of the UAE business and events market
• Existing venue or supplier networks in the UAE are a strong advantage
• Experience supporting activity in Saudi Arabia is a plus
• Fluent English
• Arabic is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver regional events from start to finish, including conferences, executive roundtables, VIP dinners and market launches
• Partner closely with Sales and Growth Marketing to support strategic enterprise accounts
• Deliver local account-based marketing activities
• Support market expansion and brand growth across the UAE and wider region
• Source, negotiate with and manage local venues, agencies, suppliers and production partners
• Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics
• Adapt global marketing programmes to suit the local market
• Coordinate senior internal stakeholders, customers, prospects and external partners
• Track event performance and regional marketing impact
• Travel across the region when needed
