Job summary

ALFAHIM is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive tyre business opportunities in Abu Dhabi. You will identify new customers, conduct feasibility studies, prepare product mix forecasts, and coordinate launches with the Line Manager and Sales Team to achieve targets.

You will train customers and team members on products to improve sales effectiveness and ensure service excellence in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 years of minimum experience in business development/sales within automotive parts industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development initiatives for the Tyre business.
• Explore new business opportunities, conduct feasibility studies and prepare product mix forecasts.
• Coordinate new product launches with Line Manager and Sales Team to meet sales/value targets.
• Conduct customer and team training on products to enhance sales effectiveness and service quality.
