Job summary
Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to supervise HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and ELV systems on real estate/hospitality projects. You will ensure installations meet drawings and schedules while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has 5–8 years UAE experience, a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and strong knowledge of MEP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
- 5–8 years UAE experience as an MEP Engineer.
- Experience on real estate/hospitality projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm and ELV systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
Responsibilities
- Supervise MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV systems.
- Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Review QA/QC procedures and coordinate inspections and handovers.
