Job summary

Peoplefocus HR is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive in Dubai to own day-to-day accounting operations, support banking, trade finance and financial transactions. You will handle end-to-end bookkeeping, invoicing, payments and reconciliations, and prepare financial reports.

The role requires independence, strong English and Turkish communication, and solid UAE VAT/Corporate Tax understanding, with direct bank interaction and banking documentation experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Based in Dubai/UAE.
• Excellent English and Turkish communication skills.
• Strong hands-on bookkeeping and accounting or banking background.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Experience dealing directly with banks.
• Exposure to trade finance is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage accounting processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and daily accounting operations.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage invoicing, payments, bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Support VAT and UAE Corporate Tax related processes.
• Liaise directly with banks and manage day-to-day banking requirements.
• Support trade finance activities and related banking documentation.
