Job summary

Peoplefocus HR is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive in Dubai to own day-to-day accounting operations, support banking, trade finance and financial transactions. You will handle end-to-end bookkeeping, invoicing, payments and reconciliations, and prepare financial reports.

The role requires independence, strong English and Turkish communication, and solid UAE VAT/Corporate Tax understanding, with direct bank interaction and banking documentation experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience.
• Based in Dubai/UAE.
• Excellent English and Turkish communication skills.
• Strong hands-on bookkeeping and accounting or banking background.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Experience dealing directly with banks.
• Exposure to trade finance is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage accounting processes independently.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance & Accounts Executive to join a well-established company in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently and can take ownership of the company's day-to-day accounting operations while also supporting banking, trade finance and financial transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience


• Currently based in Dubai/UAE


• Excellent English and Turkish communication skills


• Strong hands-on bookkeeping and accounting or banking background


• Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax


• Experience dealing directly with banks


• Exposure to trade finance is highly preferred


• Ability to manage accounting processes independently


• Experience in financial advisory, trading, investment, wholesale or similar environments would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
