Job summary

Cloudflare in Dubai, UAE seeks a Customer Engineer to bridge technical strategy and business value across enterprise clients. You will guide pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin toil and drive measurable outcomes.

You will partner with Account Executives to own discovery, demos, onboarding, and technical health, while carrying a quota and shaping cloud-native architectures across DNS, CDN,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to white-board, design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead deep-dive discovery, capture requirements, map infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures, define PoCs and evaluations.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding, design migration blueprints, guide customer engineering teams.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: drive new business and account growth; lead QBRs with executives.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain ongoing customer relationships; advise on architecture, security posture, deployment confidence.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: leverage AI agents to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Education & Enablement: collaborate with Enablement Team to deliver technical resources and guides.
