Job summary

Cloudflare in Dubai seeks a Customer Engineer to bridge technical strategy and business value, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment, and expansion. You will operate as a quota-bearing technologist within the GTM organization.

You will lead technical deep dives, design security and network architectures, and drive adoption with AI-assisted workflows while collaborating with Account Executives and the Enablement Team to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

Fluency in English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS or enterprise environments.
Architectural mindset to design and articulate complex enterprise networks.
Strong consultative and advisory skills for business outcomes.
Commercial mindset with experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Depth in at least four technical areas: Internet fundamentals, Security, Performance, AI, Coding, or Developer Platform Fluency.

Responsibilities

Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map requirements to Cloudflare architectures.
Oversee onboarding and act as the primary engineering contact for customers.
Own discovery, demos, onboarding, health, risk, and expansion with Account Executives.
Maintain ongoing trusted advisory relationships across onboarding to renewal.
Leverage AI to automate routine CE workflows and improve efficiency.
Partner with Enablement to create technical resources and guides.
