Al Tayer Group in Dubai seeks a sales professional to plan and execute the sales process for corporate customers, aiming to hit targets. You will manage showroom interactions, provide qualified product advice, and handle end-to-end vehicle transactions with attention to customer service.

The role requires 3–5 years in heavy vehicle/fleet/commercial sales in the GCC, with strong product knowledge and proactive sales skills. On-site showroom environment with seasonal campaigns.

• Good knowledge of automobile sales in a GCC context.
• Attention to detail and quality in sales processes.
• 3–5 years in Heavy Vehicle/Fleet/Commercial sales in GCC market.

Mansioni

• Carry out sales to meet monthly targets and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports and inform the Manager.
• Report weekly/monthly on performance against targets.
• Attend showroom visits, initiate sales, and advise on product specs.
• Maintain prospect list, conduct calls and visits as needed.
• Maintain customer database and track competitors in the segment.
• Ensure pre-delivery inspections, proper documentation, invoicing.
• Provide customer service per sales policies to maximize repeat sales.
• Explain available extras, accessories and warranties to customers.
• Notify customers of delays or changes, ensuring smooth handover.
• Advise customers on vehicle finance and insurance options.
• Participate in seasonal campaigns to maximize sales penetration.
