Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience within an automotive dealership or commercial vehicle aftersales environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably handling heavy-duty trucks.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for heavy-duty truck customers throughout the full service journey.
• Prepare job cards, repair estimates, and service documentation with high accuracy.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and complaint reduction.
