REAP HR & Recruitment Consultancy is urgently hiring an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager Travel & Tourism (Corporate & Government Sales) for one of our client based in Abu Dhabi UAE.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the travel and tourism industry corporate sales government account management and business development with proven experience securing corporate contracts and developing strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong background in corporate sales, business development and key account management.
• Demonstrated experience working with government entities and major corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing agreements with airlines, hotels and travel service providers.
• Established network of contacts within Abu Dhabi's corporate and government sectors.
• Strong track record of acquiring new clients and increasing business revenue.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and commercial proposal preparation skills.
• Experience managing corporate agreements, supplier relationships and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's corporate travel and tourism business.
• Identify, approach and acquire new corporate and government clients across Abu Dhabi.
• Generate business opportunities through networking, referrals, client meetings and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate travel accounts.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business revenue growth.
• Identify opportunities for long-term corporate travel agreements and recurring business.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with government entities and major corporate clients.
• Manage key accounts and ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of contracted travel services.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services and agreements.
