Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Travel Consultant will advise clients on travel options, prepare customized itineraries, and manage bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and tours. The role includes handling reservations, issuing tickets, and coordinating changes or cancellations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and travel regulations. The consultant will respond to inquiries, provide destination information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain strong client relationships. Daily activities also involve working with travel management systems, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel products and promotions, and collaborating with colleagues to meet service and sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and organize end-to-end trips.
• Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations using relevant booking platforms and tools.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues.
• Knowledge of major airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers, and familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate and collaborate with a diverse, multicultural team.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or travel-related role and a relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
