Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in the travel industry.
• Intermediate / “A’ Levels”
• IATA certification would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with desired information on travel options and help them choose the best route/airline within budget.
• Process tickets to enable well-informed travel decisions.
• Propose cost-saving options and add-on services for the client.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of regular customers and preferences.
• Gather feedback post-travel to assess service quality and improvement opportunities.
• Handle cash/cheque payments with transparency and accuracy.
• Keep product knowledge current with travel industry regulations.
