Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an experienced Training Consultancy professional to identify client training needs, design schedules, and deliver compelling proposals across the GCC. You will build long-term relationships with corporate clients while coordinating schedules, instructors, and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training, L&D, or corporate training with GCC exposure, plus fluent English and Arabic communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Mandatory previous experience in B2B sales.
• 5+ years in training consultancy, L&D, or corporate training.
• Experience with GCC corporate clients (KSA, UAE, Qatar, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• CRM experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify client training needs and propose programs and international certifications.
• Design, plan, and coordinate training schedules, instructors, and logistics.
• Deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients across Egypt and the GCC.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
• Conduct market research on training trends and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for tenders and training projects.
• Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Maintain an updated customer database.
