Job summary

A wealth management company in Dubai is seeking a Trainee for their Wealth Management Advisory team for a 12-month period. Responsibilities include assisting in investment proposals, supporting relationship managers, and monitoring client portfolios. Ideal candidates will have programming skills and some banking experience. The role offers a dynamic work environment with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Programming knowledge with financial markets or banking exposure.
• First experience in a bank or with an independent asset manager.

Job Description

• Assist in preparing bespoke investment proposals;
• Assist in structuring and developing tailor‑made solutions for key clients;
• Carry out detailed portfolio and performance reviews;
• Monitor client's portfolio based on defined parameters;
• Support RM(s) and ARM(s) on all investment-related activities;
• Understand client’s expectations, needs and requirements;
• ldentify profitable investment opportunities, working side by side with the Advisory team and RMs to optimise revenue generation;
• Improve processes to scale‑up investment advices

Qualifications

• Programming background (Java, Python, VBA, C++, ...) with financial markets or banking exposure;
• First experience in a bank or with an independent asset manager;
• Fluent English, French or Arabic, an asset;
• Very good communication skills, stress resistant;
