Job summary

Halaride in Dubai is seeking a proactive Trainee to support project coordination, governance processes, stakeholder communication, events management, and strategic partnerships within a hybrid work environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 0-2 years experience in related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Experience with management/coordination of projects would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and execution of sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with the ops team to identify and prospect potential clients and partners.
• Support partnership initiatives by researching potential partners, preparing presentation materials, and participating in partnership discussions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Support teams to align on weekly priorities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Maintain reports ensuring all client and partner interaction is up-to-date.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government representatives, suppliers, and partners to support cross‑functional needs.
• Represent the company in professional and culturally appropriate ways during external interactions with authorities and agencies.
• Manage captain events and engagement initiatives end to end.
