Job summary

ARM International is seeking a highly organised, ambitious Recruitment & Business Support Executive to work alongside the Director in Dubai. The role combines recruitment, resourcing, executive support, and business administration, with full training provided.

This position aims to grow into the Director's right hand, taking on greater responsibility as the business scales. Flexible, hybrid work is offered, including remote options and a mix of office-based days.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Proficient in LinkedIn sourcing and using CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build Boolean searches and source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Identify candidates, headhunt and outreach; create longlists and market maps.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate processes with the Director.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the CRM.
• Support the Director with live recruitment assignments and client briefs.
