Job summary

DFS Aviation Services Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Project Manager - Trainee to support project management activities. The role is designed for a fresh graduate with extensive training to prepare you for full Project Manager duties.

Ideal candidates are proactive, adaptable and well-organised, with strong communication and teamwork skills. You will work closely with the Dans team at DXB or DWC, contributing to portfolio governance and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Attention to details and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio is managed efficiently according to regulations and policies to meet end user requirements.
• Provide portfolio performance analysis and reporting on objectives and benefits, including risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement the project plan with tasks, timescales, dependencies, and resource estimates.
• Manage the project procurement process including tendering, evaluation and selection.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, management documentation and presentations as required.
• Coordinate benefits realization and ensure project benefits are measured and realized.
