Qualifications

• A university degree is essential for obtaining a work permit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Self-motivated and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
• General knowledge of trade products.
• Customer service or banking experience preferred but not required.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Under UAE Labour Law, fixed-term contracts apply; a four-year contract will be issued.

Responsibilities

• Process, scan and dispatch trade documents accurately and within agreed service standards.
• Support daily Document Management Team operations and maintain an organised workspace.
• Safeguard bank property, customer documents and controlled stationery.
• Follow trade policies, procedures, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Protect customer information and promptly elevate suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Work collaboratively with GTS teams and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards.
• Provide customer-facing support at the GTS counter and respond effectively to customer queries.
• Attend required training, support colleagues during absences and elevate operational issues when necessary.
