Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a Trade Services Specialist (Outsource) in Dubai to deliver personalized service across documentary trade finance transactions. You will support relationship managers, ensure accurate processing, and coordinate with internal teams to complete complex trade operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; CDCS/CITF preferred.
• Experience in trade finance and documentary credits.
• Knowledge of UAE trade finance market and regulations.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage documentary trade finance transactions.
• Support Relationship Management Team on customer queries and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to finalize and settle trades.
• Provide advisory services on trade facilities and risk management.
• Cross-sell GTB products to clients and maintain service quality.
