Job summary

Masarra invites an experienced Operations Executive - DMC & Tour Services to join our UAE team. You will coordinate daily tours, transfers and guest services, combining office planning with hands-on field delivery.

You will lead allocations, routing and briefings, support live operations, and resolve issues while collaborating with Reservations, Product, Sales and suppliers. Opportunities exist for future supervisory growth.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, travel, business administration or related field.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in tour guiding, DMC, inbound tourism or ground operations.
Hands-on tour delivery and guest-service experience.
Experience coordinating itineraries, manifests, timings and operational resources.
Experience using DMC, booking, reservation or operations systems.
Valid UAE Tour Guide License.
First Aid certification or training in tourism operations, customer service or supervision.
Experience supporting airport services, FAM trips, groups, VIP movements or events.
Experience coordinating or guiding operational teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day delivery of Masarra DMC's tours, transfers, experiences and guest services to required service standards.
Plan allocations, manifests, routing, pick-up schedules and operational briefings with internal teams.
Support live operations and resolve service issues in a timely manner.
Conduct tours and guest experiences when required and assist with guest transportation.
Maintain schedules for guides, drivers and vehicles and monitor ongoing services.
