Job summary

Anex Tour Tourism LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Tour Operations Specialist to join our Operations Department. You will coordinate daily tour operations, supplier reservations, guide scheduling, and ensure exceptional service delivery for our guests.

Key responsibilities include planning daily tours, managing reservations with tour partners, coordinating bookings for cruises and activities, and handling guest issues with a focus on UAE product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tour operations within a DMC or tour operator.
• Experience managing reservations and supplier relationships.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tourism products and excursion portfolio.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Filtering).
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and during peak seasons.
• Candidates must have their own accommodation and transportation.

• Experience with reservation or tour operations software.

• Previous UAE work experience is an advantage.
