Strong track record in top performance, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a proven ability to close high-intent leads are essential to thrive in this role. High commissions and clear advancement paths await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high-value / consultative sales experience.
• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Professional-level fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Ability to conduct client consultations, negotiations and follow-ups in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultation sessions with high net-worth clients to understand immigration objectives.
• Design tailor-made immigration solutions aligned with clients' goals.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial consultation to deal closure.
• Follow up with prospects and clients to address concerns and drive timely conversion.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients through high-quality advisory services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover after deal closure.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Uphold brand reputation with high professionalism and client experience.
• Stay updated on global immigration programs and market trends to provide accurate guidance.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
