Job summary

Radgeway Service in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive Immigration Consultant to convert leads into clients and promote our immigration and visa services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling inquiries and driving sales to achieve monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales in immigration or travel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, English fluency, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in immigration or travel industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
• Conduct consultations on work permits, visit visas and immigration programs.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on immigration programs and company services.
