Job summary

PIPECARE Group in Sharjah is seeking a seasoned Tool & Production Lead to manage the territory workshop, inventory, and logistics for tool spares and accessories. The role requires coordinating with PMs and corporate teams to ensure timely delivery, proper labeling, and efficient utilization of resources in a refinery or plant setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology with 5+ years in related roles, GMP training, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field.
At least 5 years in tool and production roles, preferably in Oil & Gas.
GMP training and practical implementation experience.
Strong English communication; additional languages a plus.
Flexible with work hours and shifts; capable of technical writing.
Background in electronics or mechanical engineering preferred.
Experience with ERP and CAD tools (AutoCAD) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage territory workshop operations, housekeeping, and records.
Oversee inventory of tools, spares, and accessories; ensure labeling and storage.
Coordinate tool shipping, returns, and vendor relationships with PM and TM.
Forecast budgets; plan tool purchases/returns for the coming year.
Report monthly tool usage, inspection success rates, and utilization.
Collaborate with PMs to optimize tool and equipment utilization.
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of PPE in industrial environments.
