Job summary
PipeCare Group is seeking an experienced TM Representative to manage the territory tool fleet and coordinate additional tools from Corporate TM as required.
The role includes coordinating tool deliveries, maintaining inventory and records, and ensuring timely tool return shipments while liaising with Project Managers. Candidates should have a engineering/technology degree and 5+ years in a tool/production role, GMP training, and strong English; knowledge of ERP and CAD tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a tool and production related role, ideally in Oil & Gas.
- Strong GMP training and implementation skills; English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Arrange for tools, spares and accessories to be delivered to site timely and properly configured.
- Manage territory workshop, housekeeping and records.
- Inventory management: storage, labeling, cleaning and monthly usage reporting.
- Forecast, budget and purchase (or return) tools for the fleet.
- Arrange proper shipping between sites, suppliers and Corporate TM.
- Encourage PMs to optimize tool utilization and performance.
- Aim for 100% run success rate and report tool performance and tool damage.
