Job summary

The successful candidate will maintain accurate passenger records, handle changes and special requests, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing tickets and hotel reservations for employees and guests.
• Coordinate with travel agents to obtain quotations and verify visa requirements.
• Assist in creating and modifying tickets, including changes, cancellations, seat and meal preferences, and other special requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with travel agents to issue tickets and manage hotel reservations efficiently.
• Provide information regarding ticket costs, availability, and details.
• Assist in creating and modifying tickets including changes in travel date, cancellations, seating, and meal preferences.
• Maintain records of transactions, passenger information, and all ticketing-related documentation.
• Verify Local Purchase Orders (LPO) against tickets issued and ensure timely payment processing.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
