A Group in Dubai is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to manage flight bookings, reservations, ticket issuance, and related customer requests in a fast-paced travel environment.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of airline booking procedures and be proficient in handling flight changes, refunds, and inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.

• Handle flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, reissues, and ticket changes.
• Issue and process airline tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with travel schedules, fares, baggage information, and ticket conditions.
• Check flight availability and provide suitable booking options.
• Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams when required.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and ticket amendments according to applicable policies.
• Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up on pending reservations and booking confirmations.
• Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and on time.
