Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in Ticket Office Management, preferably with large scaled ticketing partners such as Ticketmaster.
• Experience managing union employees.
• Knowledge of various ticketing systems and ability to build and create shows in ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing the Ticket Office operations and Ushers.
• Build, maintain, modify and manage all ticketed events in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot ticketing software and hardware issues.
• Monitor online sales and run reports as requested.
• Ensure daily sales and front of house reports are created and distributed.
• Coordinate with ticket systems partners as needed.
• Process executive, promoter, marketing and artist ticket orders.
• Provide reports to settle shows nightly and at run end.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office and Ushers; train new staff.
