Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Company Manager to lead the Entertainment Administration team. The role focuses on daily artistic operations, staff wellbeing, and ensuring quality life for performers, in collaboration with Directors and Stage Management.

Responsibilities include payroll oversight, budgeting support, policy guidance, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication across departments. A dynamic leader with solid organizational and interpersonal skills is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily artistic operations of the show, focusing on cast and stage management and overall staff wellbeing.
• Coordinate with Resident Director, Choreographer, and management to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
• Maintain dialogue between the company, creative/producing teams, and stakeholders for transparency.
• Gauge morale through regular meetings and support holistic wellbeing, escalating issues to producers as needed.
• Oversee payroll processes, overtime, leave records, and timesheet implementation with finance/management.
• Manage petty cash and budget-related purchases, and contribute to budget oversight where required.
• Provide guidance on policies and employee relations, and enforce company policies and discipline.
• Prepare leave paperwork and coordinate with HR and Workers’ Compensation on absence handling.
