Job summary

Pure Storage is seeking a Territory Systems Engineer to be the trusted technical partner to the Territory Account Executive and Channel Partners. You will translate Pure's vision into value-driven proposals and accelerate growth by ensuring technical resources are available for customers and partners.

You will act as the primary technical coach for partners, guiding sizing, architectures, and enabling teams to sell and scale Pure Storage solutions.

Qualifications

Professional B2B experience in a technical support customer-facing or pre-sales role.
Familiarity with enterprise storage and IT infrastructure architectures is a plus.
Strong communication and coaching skills to articulate technical value.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Technical Brand Ambassador and primary technical contact with customers and TAEs.
Empower Partner Technical Teams by coaching and enabling partner SEs to sell and scale.
Facilitate technical validation by reviewing sizing quotes and architectures for solutions.
Drive adoption of sales and technical tools across the partner ecosystem.
Coordinate technical enablement for partner bootcamps and workshops to up-skill channel teams.
Resource management and escalation as the go-to technical advisor for partners.
Support collaborative growth by maintaining relationships with TAE and Channel Partners.
