Job summary

Al Tayer Group in the United Arab Emirates seeks a capable professional to support tender submissions, client research and marketing updates. You will help prepare 20+ tenders monthly, craft mid-bid and client interview presentations, and maintain up-to-date company materials.

The role requires strong English, a Diploma in Business Management, and proficiency with InDesign, Office suite, MS Project, Pipedrive, and Adobe, along with solid knowledge of project management and construction methods.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management.
• 10 years of experience in the construction or fit-out industry.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, PipeDrive, and Adobe.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and Construction methodology.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing 20+ tender submissions monthly.
• Prepare mid-bid and client interview presentations.
• Conduct client research to understand needs and values.
• Design background spreadsheets and coordinate with presentation teams.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and company profiles.
• Assist with award submissions and internal communications.
• Train and develop employees on InDesign usage.
